Financial Assistance

Eagle Cove School (formerly GICS) is committed to maintaining a healthy and economically diverse community. Our offers of admission are not based on financial need, and we seek to provide assistance to families who require it. Financial Aid awards are made on the basis of demonstrated need by the Financial Aid Committee. Families requesting financial assistance are asked to accept the school’s enrollment offer subject to the determination of the aid award with the express understanding that, if the award does not meet the parents’ need, the enrollment contract will be void and the enrollment deposit will be returned in full. Applicants interested in financial assistance must submit an application to School and Student Services for Financial Aid, Princeton, NJ. Forms are available upon request from the Admissions Office.

Families may apply for limited financial assistance based on documented need and availability.  To receive information on financial assistance, please indicate your interest on your application form or call the Admissions Office.  Applications for financial assistance MUST be filed by January 31.  Financial assistance is awarded without regard to race, religion, or national or ethnic origin.
 

Optional services

After School Care

After School Care is available from 3:30-6:00 pm.  Parents may elect to use this program on a regular basis or use it on an occasional basis and pay the Drop-in Rate.

2008-2009 School Year:
   5 days per week:  $2,702 per year
   4 days per week:  $2,432 per year
   3 days per week:  $1,835 per year
   2 days per week:  $1,296 per year
   Drop-in Rate:  $8.00/hour

2009-2010 School Year:

Additional fee for Arriving after 6:00 pm:

5 days per week: $2,702/year 6:01 - 6:15 pm: $10
4 days per week: $2,432/year 6:16 - 6:30 pm: $15
3 days per week: $1,835/year 6:31 - 6:45 pm: $20
2 days per week: $1,296/year 6:46 - 7:00 pm: $25
Drop-in Rate: $8.00/hour    

 

Transportation Fees

 

Bus service is available.

Our main pick-up point is Lake Shore Plaza (by the Safeway on Mountain Road near Rt. 100) with other designated stops assigned each school year based on the locations of participating students.
