Application & Fee

Interested families should submit an application during the school year prior to the year of entrance accompanied by a $60 non-refundable application fee.

Campus Visit

Families are welcome to visit the campus at any time. In addition to scheduled Open Houses, we welcome families to visit the campus at other times and see the school in action. Please call to schedule a tour.

Admissions Testing, Evaluation, & Interview

All applicants are asked to spend time in the classroom and have an interview with the Admissions Director. During their visit, prospective students take an admissions test. The period of greatest admissions activity is typically January - March; however, candidates may be considered throughout the school year based upon available space. We encourage you to contact the school to learn about space availability at your child’s grade level.

Admissions Decision & Enrollment Agreement

Following the approval of the application by the Admissions Committee, the school sends parents an enrollment contract in a timely manner. The contract needs to be completed and returned together with a non-refundable enrollment deposit to reserve the student’s place in the class. Families are typically given two weeks to respond to the offer of admission. Return of the contract after that date could result in the child being placed on a waiting list.

A completed application must include:

• Application with $60 application fee
• Admissions Evaluation
• AIMS Common Referral Form (to be completed by applicant's current school)
• Current School Transcript (for grades 1-5)
• Appointment with Director of Admissions
